At Pamolab we work with cultivators across Maine to create extracts from various forms of Cannabis biomass. We create extracts both for our own brand and for yours in what we call Toll Processing. We can take material from Maine Medical Patients and Caregivers alike. This means we can work with local personal farmers or large scale caregiver cultivation facilities.
Harvest Prep
Preparation of your biomaterial can vary depending on the desired results of the extraction. There are a multitude of variables that can effect your concentrates flavor, consistency, color and yield. Our team of experts are here to help guide and assist you throughout your plants lifecycle from cultivation to harvest, to storage and transportation. Treating your plants with the love and respect they deserve will help bring your extracts to the next level! We are equipped with a freezer truck and can provide fresh frozen pickups for a location based fee.

Pamolab offers in-house cannabinoid testing for diagnostic purposes.

BHO Extraction
After designing and building Pamolab’s first closed loop system back in 2015, owner and chief scientist Randy Rhodes had plenty of time to dream up what he would do differently if he ever got to do another design and build. Knowing that he wanted it to be able to handle everything for our brand as well as the many cultivators we work with throughout the state without having to work around the clock he knew he had to take matters into his own hands. Today that dream has been realized with what we could only describe as the hot rod of hydrocarbon extraction systems. Some of the things taken into consideration when building this new system revolve around versatility and the ability to run both dry and live material at the same time on both a small and large scale with a rapid recovery system in place.

Water Extraction
Handled with extreme care and attention to detail, this solventless extraction is created using in house UV sterilized reverse osmosis water and ice. Our sterile lab environment was custom built to wash and press Whole Plant Fresh Frozen cannabis creating the cleanest products for our clients. Water extraction is billed to our clients in two steps.
Clients who wish to wash material with us are billed on a per pound rate of $75 per pound (with a 2000 gram) minimum.
Clients that wish to use us for pressing hash are billed on a buy back system at $1.50 per gram pressed.

Pamolab Hash is pressed on a V2 Low Temp hydraulic press with 5x7 inch plates with our goal being to have your hash exposed to heat for the least amount of time possible. Hash is returned to our customers in “fresh pressed” or “cured” consistencies, to be specified at drop off.

We work directly with manufacturers to offer solutions for concentrates, flower, edibles, marketing materials, and more all at competitive pricing.
